MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS,
HELD AT THE CITY HALL IN SAID CITY ON THE 7TH DAY OF FEBRUARY 1963 AT 3.00 P M
The City Council of the City of Weat Memphis, Arkansas, met in an adjourned session
in the City of West Memphis at 3:00 P.M. on the 7th day of February, 1963. The following
xere present: Aldermen: Paul Matthews, Earl Felts, Kirby Leggett, Y. G. Sims, C. H. Rowton,
and R. C. Bowie; and President Pro Tempore Bob Eden and City Attorney W. H. Dillahunty.
Absent: Alderman 0. I. Bollinger.
It being determined a quorum was present, the following proceedings were had to-wit:
Motion was made by Alderman Leggett seconded by Alderman Matthews that the meeting be
adjourned. Upon vote, the voting was as follows:
Yea: Aldermen: Matthews, Felts, Leggett, Sims, Rowton, and Howie.
No: None.
