MINUTES OF REGULAR N:EETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST NC;N_PHIS, ARKANSAS,
HELD AT THE CITY HALL IN SAID CITY ON THE 3RD DAY OF DECEMB&R, 1961y.

The Council of the City of West N:emphis, in the County of Crittenden, state of
Arkansas, met in regular session at the City Hall in said City, at 3:00 o'clock P.M.
on the 3rd day of December, 19611.
The meeting was called to order by the h:ayor, and the roll being called, there
were:
Present: Bob Eden, Mayor, in the chair, and the following named Aldermen:
F. C. 4Jeis, Earl Felts,
0. I. Bollinger, Kirby Leggett,
R. C. Bowie, Paul Matthews
and City Attorney W. H. Dillahunty.
Absent: Aldermen: C. H. Rowton and Y. G. Sims.
It being determined a quorum was present, the following proceedings were had
to-wit:
Motion was made by Alderman N,atthews, seconded by Alderman Leggett: That the
Council Meeting of November 19, 19611, be adjourned. Upon vote, the voting was as
follows:
Aye: Aldermen: Weis, Bollinger, Bowie, Felts, Leggett, and N.atthews.
Nay: None.
Minutes of Council N,eeting on November 19, 1961!, were approved as read.
Alderman C. H. Rowton made a delayed appearance.
Mayor Eden informed the Council the Municipal Airport had been approved by the
Federal Aviation Agency, and approximately ~j9,000.00 had been approved provided
matching funds are available for additional concrete landing strip.
No further business being presented, the meeting was adjourned.
