AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP TO INCLUDE ZONING
FOR THE EXTRATERRITORIAL JURISDICTION, AS SHOWN ON ATTACHED
MAP.
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, has
prepared amendments to Ordinance 1258, which adopted zoning regulations and an official
zoning map for the City of West Memphis, Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, not fewer than three (3) copies of said amendments to Ordinance 1258 have
been on file in the office of the City Clerk in the West Memphis City Hall and will continue to be
on file at all times for public inspection and review; and
WHEREAS, after a public hearing upon due notice and publication, pursuant to zoning
regulations adopted by Ordinance 1258, the Planning Commission has approved and
recommended for adoption;

Jurisdiction.
Section 2•. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
