Gn the 3rd day of March, 1960, the Council of the City of West Memphis,
,'j Arkansas, met in the City Hall in said City in regular session, The meeting
t was called to order at 3:00 o`clock P. M.

'~ Mayor Price being absent, motion was made by Alderman Ray: That
~i~ Alderman Bob Eden be elected Mayor Pro Tempore, The motion was seconded by
-- ~,'1 Alderman Roleson, and the following vote was recorded:
ij Ayes: Aldermen: Roleson, Rowton, Sims, Bowie, and Ray,

Nays: None.
Mayor Pro Tempore Eden requested the roll call, and the following
members of the Council were found to be present:
- Aldermen: L. E. Roleson, C. H. Rowton, Y. G. Sims, R. C. Bowie, Bob Eden,
~ and R. H, Ray, Jr,
Absent: Aldermen: G. I, Bollinger and B. J, David; and Mayor H. B. Price
and City Attorney W. H, Dillahunty.
The following proceedings were had to-wit:
Minutes of Council Meeting on February 18, 1960, were approved as read.
Alderman Ray moved the meeting adjourn subject to call, which motion was
seconded by Alderman Roleson, and the following vote was recorded:
Ayes: Aldermen: Roleson, Rowton, Sims, Howie, and Ray,
Nays: None.
The Mayor Pro Tempore thereupon declared the meeting adjourned.
