MINUTES OP AN ADJOURNHD MEETDYG OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS,

On the 17th day of March, 1960, the Council of the Citq of West Memphia, Arkansas,
met in the Citq Hall in said City in an adjourned session. The meeting was called to
order at 3:00 P,M„ and on the roll call the following members of the Council were
found to be present:
Aldermen: C. H. Rowton, R. H. Ray, Jr „ Y. G. Sims, R. C. Bowie; Hob Eden,
and L. E. Roleson; and City Attorney W. H, Dillahunty.
Absent: Aldermen: 0. I. Bollinger and B. J. David.
It being determined a quorum waa present, the following proceedings were had to-wit:
Mayor Price announced the March 3, 1960, Council Meeting had been adjourned: subject
to call, however, it was nat necessary to call the meeting for any urgent business,
thereupon, motion was made by Alderman Rowton: That the meeting be adjourned. The
motion was seconded by Alderman Roleson, and the following vote was recorded:
Ayes: Aldermen: Rowton, Ray, Sins, f3ovvie, Eden, and Roleson.
Nays: None.
