The erection r.f this fence on the front part of the above mentioned ^roperty will, in our honest opinion, constitute a safety hazard, not only to those of us backing out cf our drive-ways in that it will obscure view of the street, but also to children riding bicycles and playing on the public sidewalk, Also, it will beyond a doubt be an eyesore to the community and will lower property value of nearby property. Inasmuch as the Forest family have no small children for whom this fence around the front of their house would be any protection and inasmuc}! as it is cur impression that there will be nc gate erected, we can see nc useful purpose that this fence would serve around the front of the building - since there is sufficient area tc fence the back yard of this property. We, therefore, feel within our rights to respectfully reouest aid and assistance in preventing the erection of said fence around the front yard of this property from the standpoint or" it being a safety hazard to both adults and children and an eyesore to the community.
