The City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, met in regular session
in the City of !Vest Memphis at 3;00 P. M, on the 3rd day of August, 1961. The following
were present: Aldermen Y, G, Sims, R, E, Eden, Earl Felts, and L. E, Roleson; and City
~ Attorney W. H. Dillahunty,
Absent: Mayor Howell B. Price and Aldermen: O, I, Bollinger, R. C. Bowie,
h J. P, Lackey, and C. H. Rowton.
For lack of a quorum no business was presented,
