The following :vere present: 'Mayor Hnweii B, Price, Aldermen: J. F. Lackey, L, B, Roleson,
C, H. Rot on, Y. G, Sims, R. C. Bowie, and R. E, Eden; and City Attorney ',V. H, Dillahunty.
'absent: Aldermen: Earl Felts and O. I. Bollinger.
It being determined a quorum :vas present, the Following proceedings were had to-wit:

Mayor Price announced there was no busimss to be presented. Thereupon, motion was
made by Alderman Eden, seconded by Alderman Bowie to adjourn. ^pon vote, the voting was
as follows:
