Present: Marco McClendon*, James Pulliam*, Ramona Taylor*, James Holt*, Inspector
Billy Sanders, Renita Rash.
The meeting was called to order by Acting Chairman McClendon.
The Commission reviewed the 4 bids for 6 Police Pursuit Package Vehicles. The 2
lowest bids did not meet bid specs. The next lowest bid from Ross Ford was
recommended at $134,690.70.
There was a question as to whether this amount was within the amount budgeted for cars.
Response -yes, but the cars will be financed.
Taylor motioned to accept the bid from Ross Ford with Pulliam seconding. Unanimous
vote of yes.
The meeting was adjourned.
