AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE WEST 58.75 FEET
PORTION OF LOT 30, HORSLEY ADDITION, CITY OF ,
WEST MEMPHIS, CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS

TO I-1, LMTED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to rezone the
hereinafter described property ,and after notice having been published for the time and in the
manner as provided by Ordinance No. 715, as amended, the matter was heard by the City
Planning Commission, and the Planning Commission recommended that the application be
approved and the City Council finds that such application should be granted; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located in the City of West Memphis,
Crittenden County, Arkansas, to wit:
The West 58.75 feet of Lot 30, Horsley Addition, with a physical address 201 East
Polk Ave.
be, and the same is hereby rezoned as I-1, Limited Industrial District.
SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
