AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 205 INGRAM BOULEVARD, ALLOWING A
DAYCARE FACILITY IN A R 4, RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission, on
May 27, 2009, for a Special Use Permit allowing a daycare facility, in a R-4, Residential
District, as required by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended.
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as
provided by Ordinance No. 1988, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission on Wednesday, May 27, 2009 and the Planning Commission recommended
a Special Use Permit be granted to allow a daycare facility at 205 Ingram Blvd., located
in a R-4, Residential District, with the following criteria:
1. Approval of the use of the property subject to the building being converted to a
day care facility in accordance with the approved building code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNSEL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The following described property, to wit:
205 Ingram Boulevard
West Memphis, Arkansas
and the same hereby is granted a Special Use Permit allowing a daycare facility at 205
Ingram Boulevard, located in a R-4, Residential District, with the following criteria:
1. Approval of the use of the property subject to the building being converted to a
day care facility in accordance with the approved building code.
SECTION 11: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
