AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A SPECIAL PERMIT USE OF A PART OF THE
E. RITTER AND COMPANY PROPERTY, LOCATED AT 1010 MISSOURI STREET,
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS
BEING a part of the E. Ritter & Co. Property as per Trustee's Deed in Book 629, page 163, Circuit
Court Clerk's Office, Crittenden County, Arkansas, said property being situated in the Northwest 1 /4 Section
- 7,T-6-N, R-9-E, WEst Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas
WHEREAS, application has been made to the City Planning Commission to allow a Special
Permitted Use of a 150 feet monopole wireless communications tower along with an equipment cabinet in
a I-1 district, as required by Ordinance 1258, as amended;
WHEREAS, after notice had been published for the time and in the manner as provided by
Ordinance No. 1258, as amended, the matter was heard by the City Planning Commission and the Planning
Commission recommended that a Special Permitted Use be granted to said property to permit the 150'
monopole wireless communications tower along with the equipment cabinet in a I-1 district subject to the
special conditions set forth in Section I below.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I:
That the following described property, to-wit:
BEING A PART OF THEE. RITTER & CO. PROPERTY AS PER TRUSTEE' S DEED IN
BOOK 629, PAGE 163, CIRCUIT COU RT CLERK' S OFFICE, CRITTENDEN COUNTY,
ARKANSAS, SAID PROPERTY BEING SITUATED IN THE NORTHWEST 1/4
SECTION 7, T-6-N, R-9-E, WEST MEMPHIS, CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS

2. No razor wire shall be used around the property approved for the Special Permit
Use;
3. The access road to the tower compound shall be paved; and
4. Security lighting shall be installed at the site of the tower compound.

That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
