WEST MEMPHIS CITY COUNCIL
December 31, 2009
Aspecial-called meeting of the West Memphis City Council was held on Thursday, December 31, 2009 at 12:00
p.m. in the Mayors Conference Room at City Hall, 205 S. Redding, West Memphis, Arkansas.
Mayor Johnson called the meeting to order at 12:00 p.m. Present at the meeting: Mayor Wi//iam H. Johnson, City
Attorney David Peep/es, City Treasurer Frank Martin and Councilors, Taz Tyrone, Phi/lip Carter, Tracy Catt,
James Pulliaum (late /2.~ >0), Ramona Taylor, Herman Co%man, Wi//is Mondy and James Ho/t. ~-bsent: Eouncilor
Lorraine Robinson and Marco McClendon. Quorum being present, Mayor Johnson proceeded with the meeting.
Mayor Johnson said the reason for the called meeting was to approve the 2010 budget.
After reviewing and making changes, Councilor Taylor made a motion to approve the budget as corrected.
Motion was seconded by Councilor Tyrone. Upon voice vote, the voting was unanimous. (see attached)
Having no further business to come before the City Council, Councilor Tyrone moved, seconded by Councilor
Pulliaum to adjourn. Upon voice vote, the voting was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 12:55 p.m.
