AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 653 HWY 77: A 9.3 PARCEL ~v THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, CRITTENDEN COUNTY, ARKANSAS TO I-1,
LIlVIITED INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to rezone the
hereinafter described property, and after notice having been published for the time and in
the manner as provided by Ordinance No. 1258, the matter was heard by the City Planning
Commission, and the Planning Commission recommended that the application be
approved and the City Council finds that such application should be granted; NOW,
THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION I: That the following described property located in the City of West
Memphis, Crittenden County, Arkansas, to wit:
