AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE 4170 EAST BROADWAY CONTAINING 2.27 ACRES
FROM R-3, MOBILE HOME DISTRICT .TO C-2, OPEN DISPLAY DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, Application was made to the City Planning Commission of West Memphis,
Arkansas to rezone the hereinafter described property, and after notice having been published for
the time and in the manner as provided by Ordinance No 1258 as amended the matter was heard
by the City Planning Commission, and the Planning Commission recommended that the
application be approved and the City Council finds that such application should be granted; NOW,
THEREAFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS,
ARKANSAS;
SECTION 1: That the following described property located in the City of West Memphis,
Crittenden County, Arkansas, to wit: 4170 East Broadway: being more particularly described as;
All of Lot 2 of all North of St Francis Levee right-of--way in the East half, of the Northwest
quarter of Section 16, Township 6 North, Range 9 East, Crittenden County, Arkansas, as
recorded in Book 1, Page 196, in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk of Crittenden County,
Arkansas, containing 2.27 acres more or less, and the same is hereby rezoned C-2, Open Display
Commercial District.
SECTION II: That all Ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
