WHF.RFAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to rezone the hereinafter
described properly front R-4 Itilediuin Density Residential lu C-1 General Cunmiercial District,
and after notice having been published far the time and in the manner a5
provided by Ordinance No. 715, as an~cndcd. the rnattcr was heard by the City Plaiuung
Commission, and the Planning Commission recommended that the application be approved and
the City Council finds that such application should be granted;
NOW THEREFORE:
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST 1~~MPHIS,
ARKANSAS:

SECTION II: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
