AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LAKES OF RICHLAND PUD
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, after public hearing upon due notice and publication, pursuant to
regulations adopted by Ordinance 1988, as amended, the Planning Commission has
approved and recommended to amend The Lakes of Richland PUD and change the side
yard setbacks from 5' to 0'-5' for Lots 2-44, Block 3 and Lots 1-26, Block 4, The Lakes of
Richland Subdivision, located at 900 - 913 Lakeland Drive.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The Lakes of Richland PUD, is hereby amended to change the side
yard setbacks from 5' to 0' - 5' for Lots 2-44, Block 3 and Lots 1-26, Block 4, The Lakes of
Richland Subdivision, located at 900 - 913 Lakeland Drive.
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
