A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM MOBILE HOME, TO SINGLE
FAMILY RESIDENTIAL FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED
AT 1214 -1216 WINCHELL STREET AND 1226 -1228 COX STREET,
IN THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis Planning Commission held a public
hearing on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 and considered and recommended a change in
the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Mobile Home to Single Family Residential
for certain property located at approximately 1214 - 1226 Winchell Street and 1226 -
1228 Cox Street, within the City of West Memphis and the City Council finds the
recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: The West Memphis Comprehensive Plan is hereby amended from Mobile
Home, to Single Family Residential for the property located at approximately 1214 -
1216 Winchell Street and 1226 -1228 Cox Street, within the City of West Memphis.
