AN ORDINANCE TO REZONE THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 896 -
898 SOUTH WALKER STREET, LOCATED IN CRITTENDEN COUNTY,
FROM CVE, CONSERVATION EXTRA-TERRITORIAL, TO I-2-E,
GENERAL INDUSTRIAL EXTRA-TERRITORIAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, application was made to the City Planning Commission to rezone
the hereinafter described property, from CVE, Conservation Extra-Territorial, to I-2-E,
General Industrial Extra-Territorial District and after notice having been published for the
time and in the manner as provided by Ordinance 1988, as amended, the matter was
heard by the City Planning Commission on November 17, 2010, and the Planning
Commission recommended the application be approved and the City Council finds that
such application should be granted;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1: That the following described property located in the City of West
Memphis Extra-Territorial area in Crittenden County, Arkansas, to wit:
Common Address: 896 - 898 South Walker Street
Legal Address: 32.89 acres lying in the SE'/4 of Section 17 and the SW'/4 of
Section 16, T-6-N, R-9-E and being more particularly described as follows:

SECTION II. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
