A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FROM CVE, CONSERVATION EXTRA-
TERRITORIAL, TO INDUSTRIAL FOR CERTAIN PROPERTY
LOCATED AT 896 - 898 SOUTH WALKER STREET, IN CRITTENDEN
COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis Planning Commission held a public
hearing on Wednesday, September 17, 2010 and considered and recommended a change
in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Conservation Extra-Territorial to
Industrial, for certain property located at 896 - 898 South Walker Street, in Crittenden
County and the City Council finds the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan
should be granted, of the following described property as follows:
Common Address: 896 - 898 South Walker Street
Leal Address: 32.89 acres lying in the SE '/4 of Section 17 and the SW '/a of
Section 16, T-6-N, R-9-E and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the point of intersection of the East line of said Section 17 and the
centerline of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence 50'00'00"E along said East line a
distance of 1024.55 feet to a point on the existing high bank of the Mississippi River

THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:

CVE, Conservation Extra-Territorial, to Industrial, of the following described property in
