Mr. Vince Angeletti was elected to the West Memphis

City Council in 1978 and served for a period of four (4)
years.
During the time Mr. Angeletti served on the City
Council his dedication to attend City Council Meetings
in spite of his urgent farm business was noticed by
everyone.
Mr. Angeletti utilized his experience and talents
and his farming operation to render valuable service
as Chairman of the Drainage Committee, and was instrumental
in getting a bill pending in the United States Congress
which it•is hoped will alleviate the flooding condition
in the Westwood Area of West Memphis, Arkansas.
The Mosquito Control Program was another committee
which was chaired by Mr. Angeletti; and, he did render
valuable service in this field in spite of a very close
budget with which to operate.
Mr. Angeletti always had in his heart to the desire
to assist his constituents in Ward Two (2) and strived
very hard to do the possible things in their behalf.
Vince Angeletti chose to retire as City Alderman
and devote his full time to farming and his real estate
business and his services and talents will be greatly
missed by the City of West Memphis, Arkansas.
