RESOLUTION NO.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that prison labor shall be utilized
~ for the maintenance of the ball fields and other non-
hazardous jobs in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the supervision of the
prison labor be under the Police Department or their
designated Representatives.
