WHEREAS, The West Memphis City Council does resolve that the revenue
from the 1~ Sales Tax shall be distributed as follows:
Street Department 50~
Fire Department 20%
Police Department 20$
Capital Improvement an~~r Emergency Fund 10~
e of the first $900,000.00 generated from all receipts of the 1~ Sales Tax,
~r and all in excess of $900,000.00 will be used to offset payment in lieu
of taxes paid by the West Memphis Utilities Commission to the City General
Fund.
WHEREAS, if the above comes into conflict with any exsisting Resolutions
or Odinances, these are now repealed.
