ANNUAL CITY TAX LEVY: FOR GENERAL PURPOSES, FIVE (5) MILLS;
FOR DEBT SERVICE, FIVE (5) MILLS; AND, PUBLIC CITY LIBRARY,
ONE (1) MILL.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
THAT a tax of five (5) Mills upon the dollar or
millage rate as would be determined by the
Roll-Back Provisions implementing legislation
to Amendment No. 59, for general purposes;
THAT a tax of five (5) Mills upon the dollar or
millage rate as would be determined by the
Roll-Back Provisions implementing legislation
to Amendment No. 59 for debt services; and,
THAT a tax of one (1) Mill upon the dollar or
millage rate as would be determined by the
Roll-Back Provisions implementing legislation
to Amendment No. 59, for the public city library,
be and hereby are levied upon the assessed
value of all real and personal property
within the limits of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas; and,
THAT the City Clerk of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, is hereby directed to deliver a certified
copy of this Resolution to the Clerk of the
County Court of Crittenden County, Arkansas,
for the tax books for the ye
