West Memphis, Arkansas, that Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00)
be set aside from the Tabernacle Baptist Church Fund and
transferred to the Eyesore Committee Fund to be used by
the Code Enforcement Department of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas;
