RESOLUTION N0. 968
WHEREAS, the West Memphis City ,Council has seen the
problems with the Packets as to the contents; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires the Packets to be
sealed by the Mayor's Secretary upon their completion; and,
WHEREAS, it is important that the Members of the
City Council receive these Packets at an early date; and,
WHEREAS, it is requested that the Packets be delivered
to the City Council Members at their residences or places
of business, each City Council Member will receive his or
her Packet not later than Monday 8 p.m., preceding the day
of the City Council Meeting. The Packets will be delivered
by the West Memphis Police Force.
