WHEREAS, at a meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission
on June 27, 1984, the Planning Commission considered and recom-
mended changes in the ~^Jest Memphis Comprehensive Plan from PK,
Schools and Parks, to M-?., Intensive Industrial, o_f the lands de-
scribed below as Tract A, andf_rom PK, Schools and Parks, to RS,
Single Family Residential, to the lands described below as Tract
B, and the Council finds that the recommended changes in the
Comprehensive Plan should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BF IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST MFM-
PHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to M-2.,
Intensive Industrial, with respect to:
A tract or parcel of land. lying South of_ Jefferson
Avenue and North of the Chicago-Rock. Island & Pac-
if_ic Railroad and beginning at a line running North
and South parallel to and halfway between Twel_f.th
Street and Thirteenth Street and running thence
West to Eighth Street, all in the City of West Mem-
phis, Crittenden County, Arkansas,
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended. to RS,
~ Single Family Residential, with respect to:
A tract or parcel of land lying South of Jefferson
Avenue and North of the Chicago-Rock Island & Pac-
ific Railroad. and commencing at a line running North
and South and parallel to and halfway between Twelfth.
Street and Thirteenth Street and runnina_, thence Fast
to Wonder_ School, all in the City of_ West Memphis,
