RESOLUTION NO. _
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on August 29, 1984, the Planning Commission con-
sidered and recommended a change in the West Memphis Compre-
hensive Plan from Agriculture Residential to Industrial of the
following-described lands, and the City Council finds that the
recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended
to Industrial with respect to:
1210 Club Road - Block 1 of Scott Subdivision
lying in the EZ NE4 of Section 9, T6N, R9L,
City of West Memphis, as shown by a plat
recorded in Plat Book 3 at pace 186 of the
records of Crittenden County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows: Beginning
at the NW corner of the E'~ NE4 of Section 9,
thence South 0 degrees 10 minutes 20 seconds
West a distance of 654.73 feet to a point on
the North right-of-way line of the Missouri-
Pacific Railroad, thence South 64 degrees
57 minutes 33 seconds East a distance of
282.63 feet to the West right-of-way line of
Club Road, thence North 24 degrees 54 minutes
04 seconds East a distance of 102.56 feet,
thence North 41 degrees 36 minutes U1 seconds
East a distance of 156.60 feet, thence North 24
degrees 54 minutes 04 seconds East a distance
of 319.70 feet, thence North 17 degrees 25
minutes 09 seconds East a distance of 87.25
feet, thence along a curve that breaks to the
right with a radius of 1029.93 feet an arc
length of 236.08 feet, thence North 89 degrees
54 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 701.40
feet to the point of beginning, containing
