BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of West Memphis, Arkansas, that the Airport Commission,
Park Commission and Auditorium Commission have their
Financial Records maintained by the Financial Director
of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, and the funds
be placed in the custody of the City Treasurer, City
of West Memphis, Arkansas, starting as soon as possible,
