RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, the Quorum Court of Crittenden County has
by Ordinance No. 1982-6 provided that the West Memphis
Municipal Court, West Memphis, Arkansas, assess Seven and
50/100ths Dollars ($7.50) Court Costs for cases handled on
the City Docket for the operation of the Public Defender's
Office, Crittenden County, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, under Act 919 of 1984, a provision of the
law required that the governing body of each city must also
approve the decision of the Quorum Court; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary .that the West Memphis
City Council approve the assessment of this $7.50;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas, that the assessment of

Office on all cases where there is a plea of Guilt ,
