0985RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on October 31, 1984, the Planning Commission con-
sidered and recommended a change in the West Memphis Compre-
hensive Plan from single family residential to industrial of
the following described lands, and the City Council finds that
the recommended change in the Comprehensive Plan should be
granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Industrial District with respect to:
Lot 10 in Block 13 of M. L. Thompson's
Subdivision in the city of West Memphis,
Arkansas, as shown by plat of record in
Plat Book 1 at pace 43.
