RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
1. That the City Council of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, oppose Senate Bill No. 365 to change the procedures
of the Worker's Compensation Law;
2. That a copy of this Resolution be sent to the
Crittenden County Legislative Delegation: -
Honorable Kent Ingram, Senator,
Honorable Lloyd C. McCuiston, Representative,
Honorable Jim Stockley, Representative.
3. That a copy of this Resolution be sent to the
Arkansas Municipal League, North Little Rock, Arkansas.
