RESOLUTION N0. 1007
WHEREAS, the Crittenden County Legislative Delegation
at the last Arkansas General Assembly were diligent and
faithful to pass legislation which was of considerable help
to the cities of Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the West Memphis City Council was grateful for
the services rendered by the Arkansas Legislative Delegation,
and wishes to express their appreciation for a job well done;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS, that the Arkansas
Legislative Delegation be commended for the fine job
rendered in the last session of the Arkansas General Assembly;
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this
Resolution be sent to the following:

NOTICE
NOTICE is hereby given that a petition has been filed with the
City Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, by Chandler G.
Watkins, Dorothy S. Watkins and W & W Company, a partnership,
petitioning said City Council to vacate the following street:
That portion of 24th Street abutted by Blocks 2
and 3, of Wheeler Subdivision in the City of West
Memphis, Arkansas, as shown on plat of said subdi-
vision of record in plat Book 2 at pages 113 and il4
in the office of the Recorder of Crittenden County,
Arkansas; and
All persons are hereby notified and advised that the City
Council of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, will hear said
petition and determine whether the portions of said streets hereinabove
specifically described shall be vacated at a meeting of said City
Council to be held on the ~ day of ~~ ~ 1985, at
1:30 p.m.
