WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on April 24, 1985, the Planning Commission
considered and recommended a change in the West Memphis

Comprehensive Plan from Multi-Family Dwelling Zone to
Commercial of the following described lands, and the City
Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive
Plan should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Commercial District with respect to:
Lots 5 and 6 in Block 112 of the George
Kendal Subdivision to the Cit st
Memphis, Arkansas (being Gated at 2
South 8th Street).
