WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning Commission
on June 26, 1985, the Planning Commission considered and recommended
a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan from Commercial
to Apartments of the following described lands, and the City
Council finds that the recommended change in the Comprehensive
Plan should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
it
Apartments District with respect to:
Lot 2 of the John O'Neal Subd
of West Memphis, Arkansas ~
