RESOLUTION N0. 681
WHEREAS, Broadway Street from Rich Road to Club Road is in des-
perate need of repair; and,
WHEREAS, this street has been allocated; and,
WHEREAS, we understand the resurfacing of this area has been scheduled
by the Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department; and,
WHEREAS, we would like to request that you proceed as soon as pos-
Bible with this much needed repair; and,
WHEREAS, we would like to request that while repaving this area that
you add a striped, continuous left turn lane, with raised
pavement markers and 45 degree angle parking;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
West Memphis, Arkansas, that:
1. The resurfacing of this area be started as soon as
possible.
2. A copy of this resolution be sent to Mr. Bill Mulhollen,
District Engineer, Arkansas Highway and Transportation
Department, Wynne, Arkansas.
