RESOLUTION N0.
DR. GILBERT JAY
WHEREAS, there has been a new City Shop built recently for the
maintenance of city vehicles; and,
WHEREAS, the new shop encompasses several office spaces for various
department heads and a secretary; and,
WHEREAS, the furniture in these offices was donated by Dr. Gilbert
Jay, through the West Memphis Medical Center.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
1. That this opportunity be taken to express our sincere
appreciation to Dr. Gilbert Jay through the West Mem-
phis h1edical Center for his assistance and cooperation
in donating the office furniture for the West Memphis
City Shop.
2. That a copy of this resolution be sent to Dr. Gilbert
Jav.
