WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on March 28, 1979, the Planning Commission considered
and recommended a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan
from Industrial to Commercial of the Following described lands,
4 and the City Council finds that the application for change in
the Comprehensive Plan should be granted; NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WEST
MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
Commercial District with respect to:
That part of the SW ''4 NW % of Section 7, Township
6 North, Range 9 East, described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of the SW i4
of said Section 7, run thence north 0 degrees 10
minutes 17 seconds east alone the center line of_
Missouri Street a distance of 725 feet, thence east
40 feet to the east right of way line of Missouri
Street for the point of beginning; thence east
90.35 feet, thence south 0 degrees 41 minutes 55
seconds west 90.31 feet, thence east 471.03 feet;
thence south 250 feet, thence east 300 feet more
or less to the west right of way line of the
Frisco cut-off; thence south along said right of
way line a distance of 250 feet more o:~ less t.o
the center line of Ten-Mile Bayou, thence con-
tinuing along the center line of Ten-Mile Bayou
as follows: south 67 degrees 55 ,minutes 15
seconds west 228.04 feet, thence south 80 degrees
26 minutes 59 seconds west 315.36 feet, thence
south 88 decrees 26 minutes 31 seconds west 83.82
feet, thence north 61 decrees 40 minutes 31
seconds west 92.20 feet, thence north 39 decrees
57 minutes 5 seconds west 435.40 feet to a point
on the east right of wav line of Missouri Street,
thence leavinc the cneter line of_ Ten-Mile Bavou
run thence north along the east right of wav line
of Missouri Street 321.17 feet to the point of
beginning in the city of West PRemphis, Arkansas.
