WHEREAS, Mr. G. W. McAuley, has served the City of West Memphis
9 as the first City Recorder, Alderman, and Planning Commission
fir.
Chairman; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. G. W. McAuley has endeared himself to all of us by
helping and assisting the City of West Memphis whenever
called upon; and,
WHEREAS, Mr. G. W. McAuley, has discharged his duties with
diligence and has performed many services and duties beyond
the prescribed statutory requirements; and,
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, is not unmindful
of the many other civic deeds that he continues to do for
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas;
~ NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the City Council wishes to thank Mr. G. W. McAuley
for his continued support of our City in the many civic
efforts that he has accomplished and the City of West
Memphis and its citizens have been greatly benefited by
the services of Mr. G. W. McAuley.
