WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis, Arkansas recent7.y
experienced a crisis where the safety of our Citizens and
their property was in jeopardy; and,
WHEREAS, it was necessary to call outside help to
adequately protect our Citizens and their property] and.
WHEREAS, SERGEANT GLEN BAILEY of Post No. 11~ Troop "D",
of the Arkansas State Police, did give his assistance in a,
most commendable manner with his State Patrolmen to patrol
our City day and night during the critical times when the
City was undergoing this crisis;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 'PHA
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the City Council is~ indeed, grateful #'or the
assistance rendered our City by SERGEANT GLEN? BAILEY, and
wishes to commend him and his many fine ,State Patrolmen.
BE IT I'URTHER RESOLVED;
That a copy of this Resolution be sent to SERGEANT GLEN
BAILEY of Post No, 4, Troop "D'', of the Arkansas State Police,
