WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, has recently
experienced some critical times when it was necessary to call
outside help from our neighbors, especially, the COt1NTY; and,
WHEREAS, CRITTENDEN COUNTY, under the leadership of
JUDGE JACK BRAWLEY has always been ready to assist us with our
problems; and,
WHEREAS, JUDGE JACK BRAWLEY, did stand by and gave us a
helping hand in assistance with COUNTY PERSONNEL during the
times when help was needed;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL 0?i' THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the City Council wishes to express its deep
appreciation to JUDGE JACK BRAWLEY, MEMBERS OF THE QUORUM COURT,
and the COUNTY EMPLOYEES of Crittenden County, Arkansaso and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that a copy of this Resolution be
sent to JUDGE JACK BRAW~`L~E'Y.
