WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis has experienced
considerable drainage problems for the past several years;
and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the cooperation of everyone
be solicited to help our City with this problem; and,
WHEREAS, it has been brought to the attention of the
City Council that the Commissioners of Drainage District No. 6
have been most helpful in dredging and clearing Ditch #12 in
West Memphis and Crittenden County, Arkansas;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the City Council wishes to commend the Commissioners
of Drainage District No. 6 for their help and cooperation in
the drainage work of our City.
That a copy of this Resolution be sent to all the
Commissioners of Drainage District No. 6 and their Engineer;

Mr. Cy Bond, Engineer.
