WHEREAS, the Arkansas State Highway Department has
recently completed an overlay of Broadway and Missouri Streets
in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis
is most grateful for the improvement of our City, which the
City Council wishes to recognize;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of West Memphis, Arkansas:
That the following named persons be thanked for their
help and assistance in the overlaying of Broadway and Missouri
Streets in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, and that a
copy of this Resolution be sent to each of them.
