RESOLUTION NO. i `~
WHEREAS, at the meeting of the West Memphis Planning
Commission on April 30, 1980, the Planning Commission considered
and recommended a change in the West Memphis Comprehensive
Plan from multiple family residential to general business of
°~ the following described lands, and the City Council finds
that the application for change in the Comprehensive Plan
should be granted:
Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Block 36 of the George T. Kendal
Subdivision in the City of West Memphis, Arkansas.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of West Memphis, Arkansas:
THAT, the West Memphis Comprehensive Plan be amended to
general business district with respect to Lots 1, 2 and 3 in
Block 36 of the George T. Kendal Subdivision to the City of
West Memphis, Arkansas.
