RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF COMMISSIONERS
AND APPOINTMENT OF ASSESSORS
WHEREAS, the Commissioners of West Memphis, Arkansas,
Road, Water and Sewer Improvement District No. 10 ("District's)
have made due report to the Council that they have qualified
for office and have organized, have formed plans for the
construction of improvements, have employed engineers and
attorneys, have estimated the costs thereof, and have
recommended the appointment of assessors, a copy of which
report is on file with the City Clerk;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas:
Section 1. That the report of the Commissioners on
plans for the improvements and the estimated costs thereof be,
,~, and it is hereby, approved.
Section 2. That Bob McCarley, Richard Flowers, and
Fred Held are hereby appointed assessors of the District.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
