WHEREAS, Leon Duvall has served the City of West Memphis as
Alderman from Ward three for two years; and,
WHEREAS, during his tenure of office, Leon Duvall has served
faithfully and has been most attentive to his duties;
and,
WHEREAS, Leon Duvall has discharged these duties with diligence
and has performed many services and duties as Alderman
beyond the prescribed statutory requirements:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS THAT WE WISH:
1. To take this opportunity to publically express our
sincere thanks and appreciation for the two years of
loyal service rendered as Alderman from Ward three.
2. To commend Leon Duvall for the splendid job he did
as Liaison on the Utility Commission, as a member of
the Public Works Committee, as a member of Fire and
Police Commissions and many others.
