WHEREAS, R. H. Ray has served the city of West Memphis from Ward
One for four years; and,
WHEREAS, during his tenure of office, R. H. Ray has served
faithfully and carried out his duties in a superb
manner; and,
WHEREAS, R. H. Ray has discharged these duties with perseverance
and has performed many services and duties as alderman
beyond the prescribed statutory requirements.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS THAT WE WISH:
1. To take this opportunity to publically express our
appreciation for the four years of dedicated service
rendered by R. H. Ray as Alderman from Ward One.
2. To commend R. H. Ray for the excellent job he did
while serving as Vice-Mayor, Chairman of the Police
and Fire Commissions, as a member of the Public Works
Committee, Budget Committee, and many others.
