WHEREAS, the authorized signatures for BOR FUNDS
have been William R. Spencer and Ja,y Woods; and
WHEREAS, it is now advisable to change the authorized
signatures to LEE CRAMER and JAMES LANCASTER;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
That the authorized signatures for BOR FUNDS be
changed to the following:
LEE CRAMER
JAMES LANCASTER.
