WHEREAS, there is now pending in the Arkansas
General Assembly House Bill No. 677 which will give
cities in the State of Arkansas some assistance in
Emergency Medical Services; and,
WHEREAS, the City of West Memphis is in urgent
need of assistance for Emergency Medical Services;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis
believes that it is in the best interest of the City of
West Memphis for the Crittenden County Legislative
Delegation to support House Bill No. 677;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS:
That the Crittenden County Legislative Delegation
support House Bill No. 677 now pending in the Arkansas
General Assembly;
AND, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this
Resolution be sent to each member of the Crittenden County
Legislative Delegation:

Honorable Lloyd C. McCuiston, Representative
and Speaker of the House
Honorable William Hundhausen, Representative
Honorable Jim Stockley, Representative.
