WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of West Memphis,
Arkansas, has recently instituted a Mosquito Control Program;
and,
WHEREAS, it was necessary to secure the aid of several
state members of the Arkansas Department of Health to put
this program into effect to give us the needed information to
implement this program; and,
WHEREAS, certain members of the Arkansas Department of
Health, specifically, Mr. Harton Spatz, and Mr. Patrick Harris
have been very helpful in getting this program going;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF WEST MEMPHIS, ARKANSAS:
1. That the Bureau of Environmental Health Services
of the Arkansas Department of Health be commended for their
assistance and information in enabling the City of West Memphis
to implement the Mosquito Control Program for 1981, especially,
Mr. Jerry Hill, Mr. Harton Spatz and Mr. Patrick Harris.
2. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution
be sent to the following:
